CEO and President, Colin Chase founded I.C.S in 1997. ICS is an organization of highly skilled freelance operatives, which provide security and other consultation, without government influence, nationally and internationally.

ICS consultation services cover a variety of areas; including but not limited to asset protection/recovery/transportation, investigation/surveillance services, executive protection and advisory, organized event security, training for private and government in all areas, security equipment sales, fugitive recovery, witness protection, kidnapping negotiations and rescue.

ICS maintains several government and private business contracts, which include training for military, security and intelligence and witness protection.

ICS grosses $150 million annually.

ICS is complimented by some of the world best freelance operatives, many who have been working in the field for several years.

ICS has two main offices; the primary office in North America and the secondary office in South Africa.

The Primary office is located in the heart of San Francisco. It is made up of the company CEO and President (Colin Chase) and support staff, which includes, but is not limited to, on site Consultants, Legal, Computer Specialist, Security Specialist and Engineers.

The Secondary Office is located in Cape Town, South Africa. It is the sister company of ICS USA and handles all International affairs. Edward Noble, President, heads up day-to-day operations for the International Office and also acts as the liaison to the CEO.

Each Corporate Office is just that, they have receptionist, a legal department, accounting, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc… Each office building has multiple floors where various business is conducted. There are a couple of floors dedicated to certain areas, technology, training, conference and meetings.

In the heart of Silicon Valley is where ICS has its engineering and research facilities, where computer training, product research and development and electronic monitoring is executed.

In multiple locations throughout the world, ICS has resource facilities where weapons, vehicles and equipment are stored.

ICS also maintains several training facilities including one in Nevada, South America, South Africa, Australia, Alaska, Russia and Kauai. ICS teams of military personnel manage these facilities. These facilities also act as resource, supply, briefing and debriefing for ICS missions.
